The Parasitic Mind

How Infectious Ideas Are Killing Common Sense

Gad Saad

Summary: Bit misleading title for the book full of angry arguments against overly liberal policies mainly in USA. I stopped listening to the audio version of the book circa in the middle.

Score: 50 / 100

I stopped circa in the middle (listening to the audio version) of the book. His style is too boastful and arguments too weak for my taste. He could easily belong to the IDW with his points but as with Jordan Peterson’s 12 rules for life, I simply couldn’t bear the pseudo intellectual style (they both are very intelligent, no doubt, but I feel like they are talking and acting as being much more intelligent than that). If you want to get really insightful thoughts from IDW, listen to Eric Weinstein instead. That’s the right, next level intelligence.
