Classic. A story of the fall and rise of the house of Atreides.

What I liked:

• Arakis ecology,
• spice and sandworms,
• Arabic inspired names,
• the intrigues and
• psychology of the characters.

What I didn’t like:

• leaps in the time in story telling,
• Paul’s superpowers (too many of them),
• some weird details (why Paul let Gurney threaten Jessica with a knife, why Paul drank the water when he was going to plan an attack with his commanders, …).
